Terms of Service

1. Service

ArtShipLink is a fine art shipment tracking platform operated by LUXEE Tech OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), an Estonian company. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Access

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may invite handlers and viewers to your shipments. They are bound by these terms when they accept an invitation.

3. Pricing and Payment

The first shipment per company is provided free of charge. Each subsequent shipment costs €99, payable at shipment creation via Stripe. Payment is one-time per shipment — there is no subscription or recurring charge.

Shipments remain in "draft" status until payment is confirmed. All charges are in Euros and are non-refundable once a shipment has been activated and handlers have logged steps.

4. Data and Chain of Custody

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into ArtShipLink. We provide the platform — we do not verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of shipment records created by your handlers.

Once a shipment is marked complete, the chain-of-custody record is locked and immutable. No modifications can be made by any user, including admins.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls
• Reverse-engineer the platform
• Use the service to track shipments you are not authorised to handle
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUXEE Tech OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ArtShipLink — including losses arising from decisions made based on shipment data entered on the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific shipment to which the claim relates.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On account termination, your data is retained for the legally required retention period (7 years for completed shipment data) and then deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
