Who we are

ArtShipLink is operated by LUXEE Tech OÜ, an Estonian company. This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use our service at artshiplink.com.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

Name and email address when you create an account
Company name and country during onboarding
Shipment data, photos, and step logs entered during project tracking
Messages sent via the contact form

We also collect some data automatically:

IP addresses (for security logging)
Browser and device type (for compatibility)
Pages visited and actions taken (for product improvement)

How we use it

To provide and operate the ArtShipLink service
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, step notifications, invoices)
To generate chain-of-custody PDFs on your request
To detect and prevent fraud or security incidents
To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party processors:

Supabase — database and file storage (EU region)
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
FlightAware — flight data (we send flight numbers only, no personal data)
Vercel — application hosting

Each processor operates under a data processing agreement with LUXEE Tech OÜ.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we only use strictly necessary cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@artshiplink.com and we will respond within 30 days.
